How Can I coordinate Airport Transportation?

Are there Car Services available from the airport to the Hotel?

Answer: Yes, there are several services you can arrange ahead of time for transportation to and from the airport/hotel. Here are a few recommendations:

  • This site is great for basic information re: transportation from the airport.
  • For Group travel (up to 7 people) this service will provide you a face towel, beer, water and smooth ride to the Conrad or other Nayarit hotel. Price is ~$130 for one way
  • For smaller groups - These private cars offer roundtrip services. For group of 3 the price is ~$282

What about Taxis/Ubers from the airport?

Answer: Yes there are! Nuevo Vallarta (area where Punta Mita is located) is in Zone 2. If you grab a PVR airport taxi the rates should start at $345 MXN for up to 3 people. You can also grab an Uber and it should cost somewhere around $200 MXN, although their rates can vary. Uber drivers aren't allowed inside you'll need to meet your driver on the main highway outside the airport. Taxi drivers will charge considerably more so it's best to use Uber.

Once in Punta Mita, Uber is not available. However, the front desk can coordinate transportation either by hotel vehicle or taxi.

What hotel should I book?

We are very excited to spend the weekend with you at Conrad Punta de Mita. We have a room block at Conrad Punta de Mita. Our hope is to have all of our closest friends and family at the resort with us to share the full experience. Book HERE to get the room block rates. The default dates are January 12-15, 2023. However, we'd love for you to come earlier and/or leave later, so feel free to edit the dates for your stay. The room block rates will apply for the three nights before and the three nights after the block, meaning those rates will be good January 9-18, 2023.

There are other resorts, hotels, houses, and villas in the area if the Conrad isn't to your liking. Please note when booking that prearranged transportation will be to and from Conrad Punta de Mita for the welcome party on Friday and wedding on Saturday:

  • Departing at 5:30pm Friday
  • Departing at 5:00pm Saturday

Are Children invited to your events?

Although we love your little ones, the Welcome Party, Ceremony and Reception are for adults only. We understand that many of you may be traveling with families, and we are happy to help coordinate options for childcare in the area. Our hotel, Conrad Punta de Mita, has onsite childcare available all hours of the day/night upon request. Please contact them for additional information.

How will I get to your events?

Uber is not currently available in Nayarit (Punta Mita's state), which means you will not be able to Uber from the hotel.

Roundtrip transportation will be provided between our hotel and each of our scheduled events. Rental cars are an option for those looking to explore. Otherwise, we recommend Uber/taxi to get around. Those who choose lodging accommodations away from Conrad Punta de Mita will be responsible for their own transportation to/from events or the Conrad.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The attire suggestions are listed on the Events page for each event. Outside of the events, whatever works for you works for us!

What will the weather be like?

Beautiful, of course! Expect average highs around 84°F and average lows around 59°F, with precipitation highly unlikely.
